The whole process was a breeze. Owners very nice to deal with - called us before stay and allowed us to check in early. View is amazing and perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise! We did the chair/umbrella rental through the condo and enjoyed our time relaxing on the beach. Perfect location. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked for cooking and enjoying a meal. I loved staying in this unit and came to realize that beach at the winter time is so much more relaxing.

This Pelican Watch Villa has one bedroom, two full baths and a large living and dining area. Everything was awesome......I would suggest matress cushion( like the one you have on master bed) for the two twin beds......kids has to sleep on pull out. They even provide beach chairs and toys if you don’t want to pay for the resort chairs (we did pay because I like having it reserved and ready). This unit was fabulous!! Great accommodations! Only negative for us, we didn’t stay longer!! Guests enjoy the beach locale. The condo was clean, comfortable, very well-appointed, and has a wonderful ocean view.
