The Laoshan green was the first tea that I truly appreciated for its mouthfeel more than anything else. It is exciting to be able to support projects in innovation like this one that not only benefit us tea drinkers and the He family, but advance the state of tea in general and keep challenging producers to bring out the best in their specific terroir. What this means for the tea itself is smaller yields but extremely sweet, rich and aromatic brews packed with more minerality and textural nuance.

It does hold the temp at 175 however it insists on bringing the water up to boiling first then gradually dropping it down which takes forever.
