From earlier in the season, we know those on the third Eligius ship weren’t criminals: they were scientists and explorers. She tells Gaia that there's one commander that scares her and Gaia advises her to avoid listening to him because he is Sheidheda - the dark commander. In the final episodes of Season 5, Marcus Kane had developed a life-threatening infection that progressed aggressively across his body. Or at least two of them are. Shipping Bellamy and Clarke isn't always happy and light, but fans like Madi … That's not much to go on.In Season 6, chances are good that a decent portion of episodes might be devoted to exploration and figuring … When Clarke opens up her door, the hallway is clear and Josie’s door is back. Madi’s killing spree, peace with Sanctum breaking down, and Clarke taking down the Primes from within all stem from this one event, so misunderstanding it can get in the way of the rest of the season.
